Isn't this so pretty?? I taught the ladies how to make this star <------- CLICK at my retreat. One of the girls was scoring too hard, and when she went to put hers together, it was torn on all the upper fold lines. She was a bit unsure of what to think, so I got her another piece of paper. When I went to give her the new one, she showed me what happened, and I got to thinking, "I should do it on purpose"! So I flipped mine over, and cut from the center of the star, down towards the tip, stopping about 3/4 inch from the end. So, thanks to Kathy's "mistake" we all got a new idea for a star. Remember, there is no such thing as a mistake in art, it just means that your original idea takes on a new direction!! I think I even like this version better than the first one...hehehe.
