Hi Julie! I've been checking out your blog for a couple of months and love your creativity! i have a question for you--I also just got the Big Shot from Stampin' Up and some Nestabilities. I've never used either one before. Can you tell me the sandwich to use for the Big Shot and a nestabilities die to cut and emboss at the same time? Thanks for your help, Miss Guru!

Diane McCornack

Did you remove your tutorial? Or just move it to s a different location, I HOPE!!
Thanks.
Diane

thanks for the tut, Julie! I've used mine to cut, but couldn't get it to emboss, but recently purchased the tan pad so I'm going to try again!

Hey Julie,
Another visual! You are awesome. Can you share how you store your nesties? Do you keep all the same group together? Like, all the small rectangles together, etc. Thanks for your willingness to share.

That's so kind of you; Thanks!

Hey, Julie. They make a tape called Post-It tape. It removes easily like a Post-It note. That would be great to use for this project. They sell it at office supply stores.

Wow!Julie, you are the BEST. I have been eyeing the Nesties forever but was not sure how to really do it. Thanks, for taking the time and actually showing, visual people like me, how to do it. I guess off to order some Nesties :D.
I enjoy your daily updates. Something I look forward to every day.

Susanna

Awesome tutorial! Just in time -- I'm ordering my Nesties today! I gave you a shout out on Tutorial of the Week over at www.cardoftheweek.com --

Thanks for this tutorial. I have just started my collection of Spellbinders dies and have yet to use them. I have a Big Shot and just realized I needed the multipurpose platform to use them. It is on order but hasn't shipped yet. The Cuttlebug looks like it may be a good "next investment". Thanks again.

joanne

So, was the cutting edge face down? I will assume so or it would have cut instead of emboss. I own a "ton" of Nesties and haven't used them yet!!!

heidi

Thanks, I just bought some nesties this weekend and am trying to learn all the tricks about using them. Your video helped. Please make more!!!

Jane Harrah

Does the same die co cutting and embossing? If so, can you do a vidoe showing both? Also, which nestabilities do you use the most? (Too many questions....I know.)
