OK - now this is my newest FAVORITE Stampin' Up! set, Nature Silhouettes. I made this card for the Limited Supplies Challenge today, and you could use stamps, paper, ink, punches, and coloring tools. I used my brayer, and I have a little tutorial for you!!
And now it is time for the tutorial.
You stamp your image and create a mask for the moon. I used the 1 1/4 circle punch through my Eclipse tape from All That Scraps. This is the perfect masking medium, since the whole thing is sticky. Then I brayered over the whole thing with baja breeze. Then I removed te mask and finished the card.
I matted the picture on kiwi kiss, and then added it to the card with dimensionals. I inked the sentiment (from the hostess set - Best Yet) with my markers and punched it out with the new wide oval punch. I then used a marker to dot around the edge, adding it with more dimensionals. I think it turned out pretty good for not using any embellishments. Changing up the sentiment would also produce a great guy card. Have fun and happy stamping!!
