You love the new images, but have NO IDEA how to go about working with them. Or even getting them on your computer, Have no fear, your techtard Julie is here
. This is going to be a long one, so buckle in. It really only takes a few click (so moments of time), but I wanted to show it step by step, so that you could use them AS SOON as you get them!! This should work for most digi stamp files, not just mine. Click on the pictures, if you need them bigger.
First off, you are going to need a folder to store your digi images in. So, you need to right click on your desktop. Go to NEW and then to FOLDER (where you need to click with be highlighted throughout the duration of the tutorial). Click on it.
It will open a folder, and you can name it Paper Pleasing Stamps. Then you will always know where they are.
When you get your email from All That Scraps (it only takes MINUTES to have your stamps after you buy them), you will same the attachment to the folder you just created. I'm not exactly sure what the name of the file will be, but something like pictured above. You will notice the zipper on the file. This means the all the information in the file has been compacted to email it to you. Now we need to "unzip" it.
Now, you can right click on the zipped folder, and click on the "Extract All" in the drop down menu.
You are going to get a screen like this to come up. Click on next.
When the screen changes, click on Browse, and then find your Paper Pleasing folder. Highlight it, and then click OK.
It will take less than a second to extract the images, and then click finish.
All the images will be in the file now!! You can go ahead and print them off, and put them on a card. They will print off at the original size of 2 X 3, but you can enlarge them if you want them bigger. I know this looks like a lot of steps, but it really only takes a minute! Get yours HERE.
I am going to have a tutorial on how to color images, and how to center them on the paper, so you can even print them on the inside of a card. Enter your name to have a chance at winning this set HERE. Have fun and happy digi stamping!!

Thanks Julie, that was really helpful. I went to All that Scraps and couldn't find your digi stamps though. Sad.
However, now I know how to download things I bought a bucket load of digi scrapbooking sets at http://www.pickleberrypop.com - they are retiring 6 sets of designer katef work for only $2.66 US. Sorry, it was so good I had to share. I'm not affiliated with them.

Thanks for the tutorial Julie. Can't wait for more. With SU coming out with DigiStamping software your techno proclivities will have me up to speed by the time the software is released. (Please Lord don't let SU be found guilty of Vaporware - LOL!)

Great tutorial. Easy to follow. I do exactly as you said to save digi files. The one thing I dont know how to do is add the colors and/or center the images. I'm looking forward to seeing that...although I don't have PhotoShop...I use Gimp. I hope it will be similar to what you can show us here.
Thanks SO much for all your sharing!!!
