I am so far behind I can see my rear end in front of me !!
With my father-in-law dying, it kinda set me back and then came Easter. I dealt with 2 little boys being sick(as in lose your lunch sick), all while trying to get together with family. That didn't happen as much as I would have liked!!
Then I got a phone call from my accountant - taxes are due!! It is amazing what you miss when your hbby isn't here to tell you what to do ... lol. I got them in today, and they are due in on Saturday -AHHH! Hopefully everything is there.
On top of that, my next Zumba session in starting on May 3, and I have 3 classes a week now, so every evening I am doing about 2 hours of Zumba in my dining room to get ready for that. The boys soccer also starts that week, so I will have lots to occupy my mind for a bit.
I feel like I am neglecting my crafting love, but I am easily overwhelmed as of late, so I have to keep my mind focused on the necessary things. Thanks for the comments and concerns that I have received. I am well, just a tab behind.
Here is something that I found out some aquaintances were doing this week. The video is not them, but it is EXACTLY what they were doing. I don't have the guts to do it, but it sure looks like fun!!

Wow... they could do that here in the Red River Valley of North Dakota! Lots of water in the ditches as the spring flooding slowly subsides. Keep on dancing!

Hi Julie!!
Stay off the skiis!! lol That is just too funny. So sorry to hear the boys were ill over the holidays. I don't know where you get your strength sometimes. I continue to pray for you and your boys and family. I too feel like I have known you for a very long time, a close friend. Keep your chin up and keep plugging away. You're doing awesome!!

That is to funny, imagine skiing in the ditch, looks like they had a blast.
Hope the boys are over their sickness and hope you get feeling like you are not swamped. Take courage.

I was so happy to read that you have been busy and not sick, except for the boys, that is. It's okay if you can see your rear end infront of you. That is life right now for you, and it is okay if you are not crafting. It's not easy to do all that you have to do when you were use to two people doing the jobs. You take good care of yourself. A caring blogger who wishes you wellness and peace.

Your accountant should have called you in the beginning of April if he didn't send out an engagement letter. Hope you did get everything in, last minute clients are a pain lol. Sorry the boys were sick over Easter. Keeping busy sometimes is a good thing

That is waaaay fun! Love how creative people can get, though I'm not sure I would be brave enough to try it LOL! So sorry to hear the boys were ill and you have had so much on your plate....huge hug and blessings to you!

Wow, that would not be for me.!!!! So sorry to hear that the boys were sick for Easter. I am sure that you were busy with them. Hope the day flew by for you. Holidays must be so lonely. It's good that you saw some family at that time. Keep off those skis. Looks a little dangerous. But, have some fun and enjoy the spring weather. We are finally getting to see the sun. Two days in a row. 17 rainy days in April!!!!!
