Ok, I seriously had this great blog post typed up, and then my computer FROZE
.
So here is my card, going back to basics again. This time the theme was patterned paper (or DSP). We were making a card with the DSP as the focus, that way when you don't have all the stamps you need, you can fake it with pretty paper.
So the eye is drawn to the paisley DSP, with the colors being drawn from it in the layers, brads and ribbon. They are more mustard, soft suede, pool party, and very vanilla. So, my challenge to you is to make a card with DSP and not stamps (except for the sentiment). You can use this sketch or make up your own. Then link back here in the comments, so I can check it out. Have fun and happy stamping!!

You are so creative-I love seeing your work. How is your family? I miss hearing about them-I know it's none of our business, but everyone loves you and always wants the best for you and the boys.

@Holley, I bet she bent the "tails" the same direction towards the middle and taped them down.

How did you put in the brads? did you cut off the "tails" and glue on?

This is my favorite dsp forever. Your card might be basic but I love it.
