I too dabble in other crafts besides stamping. I have taught myself to knit. I haven't done sweaters or socks yet, but have done lots of scarves, hats, felted purses and throws. And I knit dish clothes as well. I love the thickness and the feel of them! Which reminds me, my mother told me a while ago she was putting in her order for some more, I forgot! Guess I better get off the computer here and start!
I find it very theraputic in front of the tv or in the car! Check out my blog to see some of my knitting intertwined with my stamping and life!

Oh my goodness I have to have this plant. Thank you for putting the link on the name of the plant. That website you refered to has another link to where you can buy this plant on line. Thank you so much I have never seen anything like it ever! How cool that plant is!

Wow! Absolutely amazing in an eerie, alien kinda way!

What an incredible flower! I've never seen that before, thanks for posting it.

I LOVE those dishcloths too...although I don't know how to crochet. I just buy them at craft sales! You are one talented girl! 'Just don't tell me you quilt too?!

Hey, don't ever feel bad about posting a post that has nothing to do with rubber stamping. Your human and so are we and we like reading about other things in your life. I do it all the time on my blog, it's my diary!lol

That is one ugly cactus, but a keeper! I love succulents because they are drought resistant and don't need too much care. I have a lot of Christmas cactus' from my grandmother and Seedum autumn Joy from her as well that are about 40 years old.

I agree that hand knit/crochet wash clothes are much better for dishes. I used to know before carpal tunnel but a cousin still makes some for me and I use them a lot.

I like the dishcloth!! I knit all of mine and use daintier colors for my bathroom. I use them for wash cloths. I do not buy any of them either. Keep up the other craft interests. I am knitting an afghan for my new granddaughter arriving in December. Fun, fun
