I am really missing my Grandma for some reason today. We lost her last year to pancreatic cancer on Father's day. I thought it was fitting to go see her Heavenly Father on a day when on earth we celebrate our own Dad's. I hope helps someone today!

Warm greetings from Florida!
I love your creations and I will visit again (often). I came here via Scrapbooks & Cards today, looking for ornament directions (still looking for those), But enjoyed so much everything else I've seen and read that I'm moved to leave you a few lines. My father passed away this November at the age of 88 ... and the wound is still very raw ... and though I'm not a great fan of Mercy Me, the listening to the song helped me deal with some bottled-up pain and anger. It's terribly hard.
We miss the ones we love most this time of year..
I wish you so much of all the best, this season and throughout the next year.

Once again, in tears here. I lost my father 6yr at the age of 67 to metastatic colon/lung cancer and I know what you mean about just missing them. This is a beautiful song. Thanks!

Big Hugs to you...I still miss my grandpa from time to time - he died suddenly almost 4 years ago now, and was only 74. It's so tough to lose a loved one. Yes, I can take comfort in the fact that I KNOW he's in Heaven, but...it's still hard sometimes. It'll creep up on you for no reason at all! So...I definitely know what you're talking about, and I most definitely sympathize with you. Hope the love of your friends and family helps somewhat. =)

The songs you share always help me through. I have been missing my Grandma so badly this fall. We lost her 3 years ago in October, at 94 years old. She was the queen of my life, all my life. I can still close my eyes and smell her perfume, Tabu.
My heart shares that empty spot with you!

This song is absolutely beautiful and perfect. I lost my grandmother 6 years ago yesterday and I absolutely believe that this side of heaven I will always miss her. I'll miss her gentle smile and how she would light up anytime we entered the room and how she always wanted you to sit by her and just talk to her. Every Christmas we play Steven Curtis Chapman's - "Going Home for Christmas" The words of this song ring absolutely true of her life and I so miss her but knowing that I'll see her again, brings peace.
Thinking of you today

Thank you so much for posting the video...that song is very special to me, too, as I think of my little sisters who never had a chance to grow up...
