HOKEY FREAKIN' DINAH - is this not the cutest thing you have ever seen ?!? It is only about 2 inches square, but it is perfect for little treats for kids, or even baby, bridal, showers, whatever! All products are Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted.
The template for this is in this link - Qbee's Peek-A-Boo Boxes. I printed it off on Stampin' Up!'s purely pomegranate textured CS, and cut it out. It is soooooo easy to put together, and then it is time to embellish.
For the top of the box, I used the circle scallop (pretty in pink), 1 3/8 circle (pom textured), 1 1/4 (shimmery white). I used the rose red marker to dot the scallops, and then the pink and rose markers to ink up only the flower in the Carte Postale set. I attched all, but the scalloped piece with dimensionals, and then added some Robin's Nest Clear Dew Drops from All That Scraps. They are so neat, since they take on the color of the paper underneath, but give just the right bit of dimension to the corners. I also added one to the center of the flower.
On the inside, I punched the shimmery white with the scallop, stamped my sentiment (Think Happy Thoughts) with pom on pink and punched it out with the 1 1/4 circle. I then punched the pom textured CS with the Three For You lower punch, adhering it with a glue dot. I never used any dimensionals with this part, since I didn't want to see a bump when it is closed.
I then added the May Arts Ivory Satin around the box, and finished it off with a bow. Actually I finshed off the candy first...LOL. Have fun and happy crafting!!
Thanks for sharing the link! I´ve just made one myself and i´ve linked to your site from my blog. Hops thats´t ok with you.
