It doesn't look like I will have time to stamp today. I have a little boy puking his guts out, and has quite a fever. He is totally a Mama suck today, which I don't mind too much, but it doesn't give me much for free time. I decided to show you a digi page I made awhile ago, of my boys during summer.
This is some more free downloads from ShabbyPrincess.com. I am so LOVING this new form of crafting, since I love learning new things, and I love being on the computer - perfect combo for me!!
A bit of an explanation - Me and hubby were staining the cabin this summer, and we found it a little quiet (D and Jay are usually fighting ). We went around to front and found them immersed in the mud puddles...LOL. Those clothes were RUINED, but I didn't care, they had so much fun!! They never got out of mud for 4 hours, didn't even want lunch! I had to take pictures, so I can remember how much fun it is to be a kid!! Have fun and happy stamping!!
Hi Julie,
Great page by the way, now I love your digital and paper talents! I am new to digi and have been playing around. Quick question- what software do you use? I have down loaded a few free pieces/kits, but can't figure out what to do with them now. No problem if you can't get time to respond.
Hope your kiddie is feeling better!

I love these photos and you did a great job on the page. It's nice to see parents who allow their children to be exactly that, children. Exploring life to the fullest. These are moments to treasure forever. Thanks for sharing!

What a cute story and page to go along with it! Those are the kinds of memories we need to preserve, so we can look back one day and remember how it felt to be a child. Great job!
TFS such a memorable moment in your life.
Hope your little one is soon feeling back to his chipper self again.

Oh, they are having so much fun! I have some pictures of my oldest 2, when they got into a big puddle...we had to hose them off before we could take off their clothes...outside! Too funny...I surely hope your little guy feels better really soon. And I hope it's not too contagious! Yikes! Take care, and blessings... :)

Aww...hope he is all better soon.
I had a mud day like that with my boys. I let them go out in our yard while I was taking a phone call with my stepfather. I looked out the window to find them butt naked and covered head to toe in mud. My first sight was of my older one laying over the swing set, butt in the air dragging his feet through a mud puddle. They didn't know I saw them, so I grabbed the camcorder and camera too.
I agree with you. Let them be kids! My Mother would have had a hissy fit. So I refuse to be that kind of mother!
peace,
Tammy

What a wonderful memory!! I'm with you - let the kids have fun as they can be so restricted in many other areas of life. What a wonderful memory for them too :) I wish I had a picture of me and my kids splashing away in a huge water puddle a few years back. Their boots got filled with water and I had a hard time getting them off due to the suction that was created!! Hope your little guy gets better soon -- puke patrol has never been my favorite mommy duty.
