I really like the colors that I chose for today's challenge. They can go for either a guy or girl, but I chose to create a masculine card.
- sahara sand
- not quite navy
- tempting turquoise
I stamped the fine lace BG (retired) on sahara with the same ink, and then sponged the edges. I matted this on NQN and added a turquoise layer. I had distressed the top of the CS with my cutter kit *love that little tool*, and then faux pierced around the sides and bottom with my NQN marker.
I stamped the horse image from Bronc Buster with turquoise on sahara, sponged the edges, and matted it on the NQN. I punched the stars using the large star and small star punches from Stampin' Up! with turquoise and NQN CS. I sponged the turquoise with the NQN then glued them together and added them to the image panel with the antique copper brad (Making Memories). This was then added to the card with dimensionals.
I put a row of brads along the top of the turquoise, and stamped the HB from the set It's Your Birthday. I punched a final star from sahara, sponged it, and added it with another brad. Hope you can join in on another color concoction. Feel free to substitute, if you don't have the exact colors I've posted, and to use the keyword JCC04 when you upload to SCS. Also, you can link back here for us all to go and have a look-see!

This was a great challenge...I love the way your card turned out. Made it look so easy! I really struggled with mine...but this is what I ended up with. Thanks for the continued inspiration!
