Here is the card I made with my video image yesterday, HERE, go and try out my tutorial!
I used the sketch over at SCS for the layout, since Rox suggested an "out of the box" image. I measured a 1.5 inch area around the kitten, and cut the excess away. I then matted it on brilliant blue CS.
All the patterned CS is from K&CO, in a box I got from Costco. I layered it all, and added the pink double sided ribbon from All That Scraps. I lvoe how you can tie it, so that you get one color laying down, and the other in the knot!
I stamped the sentiment from the SAB set, Lots of Thoughts in black and added some $1.50 bling from Micheals. I think this would be an adorable card for a little girl. Have fun and happy stamping!!
What an adorable card! And thanks for doing the great tutorial! You are a natural teacher!

That's cool the way you cut out the cat on the edges. What a fun color combo, too!

I love everything you show us...here's another gem. Have you ever thought of making videos as a full-time job? LOL
So many times I've avoided using my SU
markers to colour; you've reminded me that the weight of the paper makes all the difference. Oprah needs to make Copics one of her generous GiveAWays...what say?? Happy moving; does your house feel "like home" yet? Do you know where I canget a Spellbinders pad here in Canada so I can use Nestibilites with my Cuttlebug?
Thanks so much.

I just hope I can remember to use this idea...having the narrrow box is a fabulous way to cut out a lot of 'dead' space! A great card for anyone on their birthday.
