Another possibility (besides the tutorial above) is to take a sponge and sponge along the edge w/ the darker color. It softens the look some.

To get a smoother look when brayering on Whisper White CS, try my tutorial here:

To do two colors, you would simply do one color on the top, turn the cardstock, clean the brayer and the acetate and do the second color. OR you could load two colors on your brayer, and then use the acetate to blend them together.

But I also like the more rough and rustic look of a rubber brayer on Whisper White...it's very pretty here!
