It is amazing how many of my creations come out of something I need! After I figure out a template and everything, I think you must need it too, so here it is.
While this layout would make a lovely card, if you look closely, you will see that it is not. At the bottom, you will notice the gap and the papers between.
I decided to make list holder to sit on my counter, and it looks a lot better than just a pad of paper!
For the words on the front, I used my new JustRite products. I pulled out the Harmony Rectangle block and the Brayton and Trompe font sets. These links are for All That Scraps, but you can also get them directly from JustRite Stampers.
The flowers on the top are from Upsy Daisy (Stampin' Up!), and the ink was real red. I stamped it off about 4 times before actually putting it on vanilla CS.
I matted it on black and then on real red CS that had been cut with my scallop rectangle nesties. The DP on the vanilla base is from a Costco pack, and the ribbon is 5/8 real red grosgrain. Now I am going to give you all the rest that you need to make it yourself. First the template.
And now the inside shots.
I just printed off the list (4 on a page), cut it up and stapled them to the back. I put the staple vertically, so that it would rip off nicer when I needed to take the page off. Also when you are done, you can take out the staple, print off new sheets and put more back in! Before you email me for the list sheet template, here it is *wink*.
What you need to do is click on the image to bring it up larger on your computer. Then right click on the image and click on save picture as. Then when you pull it up to print it, put the page scaling to none, and it should print to 8.5 X 11. Have fun and happy stamping!!
Please don't steal my idea and claim it as your own! If you make this and post, please link back here, so others can find it.

The dumbest and most despicable company, the idiot who initially got someone to work on his 'idea' even hired his retarded sister for a high up position. Idiots.

One thing I have actually noticed is that often there are plenty of common myths regarding the banking companies intentions while talking about foreclosures. One fantasy in particular is that often the bank would like your house. The bank wants your hard earned money, not your own home. They want the cash they lent you along with interest. Preventing the bank is only going to draw a foreclosed realization. Thanks for your write-up.
