You know you have them. Everyone does! There are some in every family. You don't have to look very hard, either. They lurk at every gathering waiting to see what they will get. The flashing in theirs eyes, hoping to see the receipts in the gift box. The "I'm Going To Return Your Gift" Getter, duh, duh, duh.
Well, let's beat them at their own game.
Give them some cash / a cheque, but package it up really pretty, so that they won't realize you beat them to the punch!!
This card is NOT a complete card, it is actually an envelope cleverly disguised as a card.
Here is the inside of the card-a-lope.
This is an absolutely breathtaking, fantabulous idea (if I do say so myself
) for birthdays, graduations, showers, etc, and everyone has envelopes around the house. Any envelope will do.
Let me know if you would like a tutorial. I made this up at my retreat and was not thinking that far ahead, but I could pull one together ASAP for you if you wanted!
The tree image is from Lovely As A Tree, and it is embellished in Crystal Stickles and Liquid Applique (All That Scraps). Both of the sentiments are from Amy R's newest sets - Christmas Sentiments and Christmas Verses.
Don't forget to head to the ATS Blog for more sneak peeks today. Have fun and happy stamping!!
ETA - The tutorial is now live HERE.
This is wonderful! I'm glad to see directions. TFS
