I just wanted to say hello. I have been a blog subscriber for about a month and your stuff is great! I saw that with the new year you said you wanted to lose weight. Over the last 1 1/2 years I have lost almost 50 pounds with Weight Watchers. I know what it is like to have to lose a big numer of pounds (not like my skinny friends who need to lose 6 to fit into their favorite jeans!!) You can absolutely do it. I have learned many things that helped me take off the weight, but here are a couple you can keep in your brain easily. "You don't have to be perfect, just persistent". Don't worry if you mess up, just get right back on it, whatever it is that you are doing. We are not perfect people, so give your self a break and move on. Also, "You did not put the wieght on overnight, and it is not going to come off over night". Don't look for a fast fix, stay focussed for the long haul. It is hard work, but anything worth doing is WORK! Be encouraged! Hugs to you~~~

I second that on the sympathy cards! My husband is director of an Alzheimer unit in a nursing home. I make all of the sympathy cards to send to family members when their loved one passes away. From Thanksgiving Day to New Years Eve, he lost count but it over 25 people passed away during the holiday (last year it was 21). I try to make cards different at each batch through out the year and he has received feedback that they love getting the cards. I have such a hard time coming up with ideas! He just informed me he ran out of cards...he needs more!

having trouble making sympathy cards do you have any ideas? any help would be appreciated.
thank you
