I really like the retro/modern (oxymoron?) styling of the Holiday Lounge DSP from Stampin' Up! Some may not think it is very "me", but I LOVE the colors that they married together - Ruby Red, Taken with Teal, Basic Grey, and Sahara Sand This card uses the teal, and sand.
I really liked the Christmas trees on the DP, they all have different textures and patterns on them. I decided to use the pine from Lovely as a Tree as my main image. I stamped it in sand, and then inked up the tiny poinsettia in the Christmas Punch set (hostess) with teal. I added the silver brads to the centers for some extra dimension.
The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes and then punched it with the Modern Label. I am going to have to try that tree on another card when it is not so busy. I think that look deserves to be the main attraction. Have fun and happy stamping!!

This is fabulous, Julie!!! Love, love, love the colors! Great holiday card. Since moving from the Northeast to Florida, I am loving the non-traditional card colors! TFS!

Wow Julie, stunning card, and I can also see it working with the main image in reverse colours as well. Beautiful.

Hey, that's my Grandma's silver foil Christmas tree!!
I love the colours on your card. Sometimes the non-traditional look is so very wrong, but this combo is golden, er...silver!?
Can't wait to see your next card. I'm going to try this with SU's Snow Swirled tree. TFS!
