I tried another card with my tutorial HERE, and I used both types of paper to make my flower.
I cut out my white CS with the Top Note die, and then ran it through the Elegant Bouquet embossing folder. I colored the centers of the flowers with my pretty in pink marker, and then added the flower. I did hold it together with a brad, but then used a glue dot to add the button. I also added the fax stitching over the marks on the die cut stitches with my old olive marker. The base of the card is white with kraft and the image panel was added with dimensionals. The sentiment is from Well Scripted, and all of these products are available in my Online Stampin' Up! Store. Have fun and happy stamping!!
Pretty card! Love the topnote idea! I sure do appreciate your video tutorials. Thank you!

Julie, I loved your card (clean and pretty is my favorite) and saved it in my files to CASE. I finally got around to it yesterday. I'll be posting two variations of it on my blog tomorrow. I hope you'll check them out. I didn't like the way my tissue paper flowers turned out, so I just used the split cardstock ones instead.

This one is really nice too, I tried your tutorial yesterday and totally enjoyed it. Hope the neighbors didn't see me digging in the trash for the tissue paper off the PTI package I'd just gotten!
