Stampin' Up! sells a folder that only embosses the corner - Elegant Bouquet :)

Katherine R. Willson

Hi Julie - I just found your blog this morning, and oh my GOSH!!! I've been missing so much eye candy! :-) I have a question about this card - how were you able to emboss the lower left corner with the floral pattern, without the rest of the paper being embossed? I'm imagining what it would look like if I tried to feed an embossing folder through my Sizzix with some of the cardstock sticking out, and I don't think it would go through the roller, because of the width of the paper that's sticking out. Or am I missing a step? Hope you're able to help! :-)

Simple layout, but HUGE visual impact. Gorgeous card, Julie!

I do not mail these cards ~ I rarely mail any ... hehehe ~ but if I did, I would use a bubble mailer with a little note to "fluff" the flower upon opening :)

Simply beautiful, TFS.

I want to thank you first of all for all your wonderful, helpful tutorials. Your website is a daily visit for me. I made those beautiful flowers for my mothers day cards, my recipents loved them. However, I wanted to ask how you mail yours? I ended up putting them in a clear box, so as not to crush the flower, then in a bubble envelope. Do you have a better and less expensive way to do this?
Thanks so much Julie

Love the card. Colors are GREAT. Thanks for sharing your Art Work with us. You always do such a Great job.

Very pretty. I can see what you mean by the colors. I think the card still turned out great. I tried the whole marker thing on that same die one time but I think I over did it. Can't wait to see more
