Our Stamping Friends Reunion challenge 8 this week is to make a monochromatic card, so I pulled out those paint chips again! There is almost no better place to get the same color in so many shades as on one of those cards!
I think I went too far by putting on the rhinestone swirls, but I REALLY like those butterflies!! It was fun to try to get them to look in flight and going off the card. My base was baja and the paint chip matched perfectly. I used the marker to color the sentiment in 3 shades and stamped it on.
If you want to play along this week, link back here or use the keyword SFR8 over at Splitcoast. Make sure you head over to Lindsey's blog and check out her FABULOUS card !! Also, to see last weeks cards, here is the link to the SFR7 Gallery. Have fun and happy stamping !!
Very pretty!
