Amy has designed a new stamp set for those harder moments in life. It is a sympathy stamp set, but it also has verses for when you know someone is just going through a rough time, and could use some encouragement. It does have one image included in the set, and I chose to color the flowers like cherry blossoms.
I stamped them on watercolor paper, and used my SU markers to color it all. I put some barely banana in the background and spread it with an aqua painter to soften it a bit.
The base is the new Melon Mambo, with some Basic Grey patterned paper on top. I pierced and faux stitched it with my black marker.
I cut my ovals with the Coluzzle (now retired from Stampin' Up!), and used the ticket corner punch to make the edges.
I added some ivory satin, black brads, and the sentiment was attached with dimensionals.
